Matarromera Reserve 2022

Matarromera Reserva 2022, made with Tempranillo and after 18 months in barrels, we found it to be a silky and elegant wine, very well structured and with a delicious palate.

With aging, reserves and great reserves, the Matarromera Winery has a long history of success and recognition. Located in Valbuena de Duero, the winery has been around for almost 30 years.

Preparation and aging

Matarromera Reserva 2022 is made with traditionally vinified grapes, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 28º, for 10-14 days and 18 months of aging in American and French oak barrels.

• View: Matarromera Reserva has an intense cardinal color with purple edges. Very covered in layer, clean and shiny.
• Nose: Frank, elegant and very complex. Ripe black (blackberry) and red (strawberry, currant) fruits. Spicy wood notes: cinnamon, vanilla, coffee or licorice.
• Mouth: Sweet tannins, body and elegance. Correct acidity. Long and persistent finish.
