The philosophy of Pinna Fidelis is based on mixing perfect harmony with the traditional nature of production and an innovative way of production, with the aim of adapting to the tastes of consumers of modern, quality wines.
Preparation and aging
Pinna Fidelis Roble 2023 is made with 100% Tinta del País grapes. Once the grapes have been selected, the wines macerate for 25 days, in order to intensely extract all the concentration of the grapes, and round off and refine the tannin.
Aging in selected American oak barrels from the best forests, remaining in them for 6 months. During its stay in the barrel, the barrels are filled and racked during the spring. Finally it is clarified with egg white and bottled.

- View: Pinna Fidelis Oak has a very covered cherry red color with violet tones in the final layer.
- Nose: Intense fresh red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, currant, perfectly assembled with the wood, balsamic hints, fine spices, and light toast in the background.
- Palate: Round, round tannins that provide finesse with great persistence in a perfect balance with acidity.
