Preparation and Aging

Príncipe de Viana Reserva 2014 begins its production by manually selecting grapes, which are partially frozen and kept cold during maceration in order to extract the greatest amount of aromas.

It ages for 14 months in French and American oak barrels, and spends 22 months in the bottle to refine and reach the table in optimal conditions.
