Tierras de Cair 2019 is a single-varietal Tempranillo grape with DO Ribera del Duero.

Dominio de Cair is the result of the restless character of the Rioja winemaker Juan Luis Cañas in the Burgos lands of the Ribera del Duero. A project that was born from the passion for the vineyard in 2008 and culminated with the creation of the winery in 2012.

Preparation and aging

Tierras de Cair 2019 is a red wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes. Made from vines over 60 years old, grown on poor soils. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels. Subsequent rest in bottle for a minimum of 18 more months.

• Nose: Intense aroma of fine woods and dark chocolate with spicy notes, vanilla and licorice.
