Elaboration

For the elaboration of Whisky Dyc, and since the distillery is located in Palazuelos de Eresma in Segovia, they use the water of the river Eresma which descends directly from the peaks of the Sierra de Guadarrama to the distillery.

In addition, Whisky Dyc is characterized by combining several grains aged separately for a minimum of five years in American oak barrels.
