The Ycoden Daute Isora Denomination of Origin was created in 1994 and currently has its production area in the municipality of La Guancha, Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands).
The Ycoden Daute Isora region has an area of about 1,600 hectares dedicated to vineyard cultivation, of which 306 are controlled by the Regulatory Council.
This DO currently dedicates 80% of its surface to the cultivation of the Listán Blanco y Negro grape variety , although other varieties such as Marmajuelo, Malvasía, Moscatel and Tintilla are also produced.
