Preparation and aging
Juan Gil Label Plata 2023 is a single varietal made with the Monastrell variety. The production of Juan Gil Label Plata begins with the destemming of the grapes, before maceration in stainless steel tanks where fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 25ºC for 20/25 days.
Malolactic fermentation and aging, which lasts 12 months, takes place in French oak barrels.
