Media-alta y muy directa: cítricos, flores blancas y fruta verde (manzana, pera), con la rareza de estar hecho con Tempranillo Blanco, una variedad autóctona poco vista.
Boca
Semidulce: nota el punto goloso en la entrada, pero la acidez vibrante lo compensa y deja la boca fresca, no empalagosa. Ligero (11%) y de final limpio.
