Blanco Nieva 2025

Blanco Nieva 2025 is a white wine made with 100% Verdejo and with the Rueda Designation of Origin.

Made by wineries and Viñedos Nieva that is located near Segovia, with a unique terroir that produces wines of exceptional quality, complex, fresh and elegant. The winery was created to revive the wine tradition that existed in the town and region of Nieva.

Elaboration

Blanco Nieva 2025 is a young wine without aging, made from 100% Verdejo grapes in the Nieva region, in Segovia.

The wine is made after a rigorous selection of the yolk must, the finest and most elegant. Made with grapes from old glass vines (20%) and trellised vineyards over 15 years old (80%).

Cold maceration is carried out on 30% of the grapes, static racking, fermentation at 15ºC in a stainless steel tank for 23 days, rest on lees, clarified, stabilized at -4ºC and filtered.

• View: Blanco Nieva is pale straw in color with highly developed greenish hues.
• Nose: aromas of white flowers and fresh fruit (peach).
• Mouth: good acidity, balanced, fruity and tasty. Very fresh with excellent vitality. A treat.

Blanco Nieva is ideal to accompany starters, fish, seafood, and even Segovian-style roast suckling pig.

It is recommended to consume at a temperature of between 8-10ºC. Keep in a cooler during consumption to maintain the ideal temperature.
