Brandy Carlos I

Brandy Carlos I is obtained from low alcohol content (65º), after special distillation in alquitaras of selected, healthy and balanced wines.

Year of constitution of the solera: 1,889. Brandy of Spanish origin.

Elaboration

Brandy Carlos I is aged for more than 15 years in 500-liter American oak barrels that have been previously winened for years with sherry wine. Aging is carried out by the vintage system and by the traditional system of criaderas and soleras (explained in the video), thus obtaining the typical characteristics of this brandy.

• Nose: It has great aromatic intensity, very balanced, with notes of good distillate and enriched by notes of vanilla, tobacco, cocoa and pastry.
