Preparation and aging
Bollinger Rosé is a champagne made with 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay and 14% Meunier grape varieties. The main component of Bollinger Rosé champagne is the Spécial Cuvée to which between 5% and 6% of red wine is added, made from grapes exclusively sourced from Grands Crus from the Bollinger vineyard.
This champagne ferments in French oak barrels that have previously contained Chardonnay. Made from reserve wines from great vintages to which Pinot Noir is added.
