Nariz
Intensidad media-alta: fruta roja y negra fresca, pimienta negra y un toque floral de violeta — la firma clásica de la Syrah. La altitud castellana le da un frescor que no esperas.

Clunia Syrah 2019 made with 100% Syrah and with designation of origin VT Castilla y León.
At the end of the 90s, Bodegas Clunia was born in the Burgos town of Coruña de Conde in the Land of Castilla y León with the aim of producing extraordinary wines in extreme soils and conditions.
Preparation and aging
Clunia Syrah 2019 is a 100% single-varietal Syrah. The production process of this Clunia Syrah begins with alcoholic fermentation and continues with a maceration phase that lasts about 18 days. Before the aging phase, the wine ferments malolactically in barrels.
To finish the process, Clunia Syrah rests for twelve months in French oak barrels - 80% of the total - and American oak barrels - the remaining 20% - and is refined for half a year more in the bottle.

- View: Clunia Syrah has a high ruby red color.
- Nose: The aromas of red fruits such as currants and cherry, as well as plums and cassis, stand out, showing the typicality of its origin. The barrel aging provides complex aromas, perfectly assembled, such as vanilla, cocoa and fresh balsamic notes.
- Mouth: Its passage through the palate is pleasant, leaving in its long journey the weight of its fruit, together with the softness of its tannins. Round, balanced, harmonious and persistent.
