Nariz
Pronunciada: fruta madura concentrada, especias finas y roble muy bien integrado, con un fondo mediterráneo de la finca de Laserna.
Boca
Seco y de cuerpo pleno, con taninos firmes pero pulidos y acidez fresca. Final largo y sabroso.

Contino Reserva 2021, made mainly with Tempranillo and a small part of Mazuelo, Graciano and Garnacha, is intense and tasty with a round and balanced finish.
Contino Reserva is one of the best Contino wines. 62 hectares of vineyards with an old manor house, in Laserna, in a bend of the Ebro, which give this reserve a suggestive personality.
Preparation and aging
Contino Reserva 2021 is a blend of Tempranillo (85%), Graciano (10%), Mazuelo (3%) and Garnacha Tinta (2%) varieties. Grapes that after destemming fermented in 12,000 liter stainless steel tanks. At a temperature of 28-30ºC and after a maceration of 15 to 20 days, they carried out the malolictic fermentation that refines the wine, leaving it at its appropriate acidity.
It is followed by racking into American and French oak barrels where they will remain for two years, aging that is completed with another two years in the bottle, aging in the cellars until it is released to the market.

- View: Contino Reserva has a garnet color, very dense and covered.
- Nose: Smoked and both red and black fruit, notes of clove.
- Mouth: In the mouth it is tannic, still to be polished, but with great nobility, long, very fresh.
