Finca Terrerazo 2022 is a very special red wine full of nuances, made with a native variety that the winery is trying to recover.

The Mustiguillo wineries are making history in the Valencian vineyard, rescuing the native Bobal grape for quality wines as notable as this Finca Terrerazo.

Preparation and aging

Finca Terrerazo 2021 is 100% made from the Bobal variety. For its production, traditional winemaking is carried out. After complete destemming and slight crushing of the grapes, the must ferments in 35hl oak vats for 8-10 days. Subsequently, a post-fermentation maceration is carried out for 12-16 days. Finally, Finca Terrerazo is aged for 21 months in French oak barrels.

  • Nose: Notes of black-red fruit predominate and, above all, a lot of freshness and vegetal notes.
  • Mouth: Warm and enveloping entry. Silky, fruity and sweet mid palate, herbal sensations with hints of red and black fruit. Well balanced acidity with ripe tannins. Persistent finish.
