Preparation and aging
Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a single varietal of the French Sauvignon Blanc variety. Once the harvest is done, Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc goes through a period of cold maceration. Subsequently, the must is extracted and clarified and a slow fermentation takes place with the intention of preserving the aromas of the grapes.
This process is carried out under a temperature that is between 13º and 15º. Marqués de Riscal Sauvignon Blanc finally ages in contact with its lees.
