This Winery was born in Toro, founded by winemaker Raúl Acha and under the philosophy of having minimal intervention in natural processes.

Preparation and aging

Matsu El Pícaro 2025 is a 100% Tinta de Toro single-varietal red wine. Selection of Tinta de Toro vineyards over 80 years old, with very low production, located on poor lands and cultivated following biodynamic techniques.

The harvest is carried out manually during the first days of October. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks with a temperature always controlled so that it does not exceed 24ºC, maintaining the freshness that characterizes this wine. It has a malolactic fermentation process in French oak barrels.

This wine is bottled without filtering or fining using aggressive methods.

  • Nose: Intense aroma where black fruits stand out, with mineral touches and small hints of red fruits.
