O Luar do Sil Godello Sobre Lías 2024 is a subtle, delicate, tasty single varietal with great aging potential.
The O Luar do Sil Winery, founded in 2014 in Seadur, Orense, is the Galician project of Pago de los Capellanes, where they seek to produce a white that is within their philosophy of special, complex and long-aging wines.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
O Luar do Sil Godello Sobre Lías 2023 was harvested in September and after being destemmed the grapes were cold macerated to obtain the maximum expression of the fruit.
Fermentation was then carried out in stainless steel tanks, with selected yeasts and controlled temperature for 14 days. Once fermented and for six months, the fine lees are preserved to achieve power and volume.
