Preparation and aging

Pago de Cirsus Vendimia Selecciónda 2022 is a wine made from Monastrell and Syrahson grapes, from the winery's own limited production vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October.

Perform maceration in cold stainless steel tanks. It is fermented in French oak vats and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. After bottling, it remains at rest for more than six months.
