Palliser Estate Pinot Noir 2021 is a red wine from New Zealand and made by the Palliser winery with the 100% Pinot Noir grape variety.

Palliser Estate is a New Zealand winery that began making wine in 1989. Today they have 92 hectares of vineyards and mainly produce Pinot noir and Sauvignon blanc.

Preparation and aging

Palliser Estate Pinot Noir 2021 is made with the Pinot Noir grape variety. Made with a mixture of grapes from the oldest and most established vineyards, and with the new plantings of Dijon clones. Once the grapes are optimally ripe, they are transported to the winery to ferment in traditional open style tanks.

Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of which 23% are new barrels.
