Preparation and aging

Prieto Pariente Viognier 2021 is made with 100% Viognier. The harvest is carried out manually and in 20 kilogram boxes. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks and 300-liter barrels.

The aging lasts 6 months.
