Nariz
Pronunciada: fruta blanca y de hueso maduras, flores blancas, avellana y un fondo cremoso de su paso por barrica. Fíjate en el punto perfumado que aporta la Malvasía.
Boca
Seco, cremoso y de cuerpo medio-alto; la acidez, muy bien colocada, refresca cada trago. Final largo con recuerdo a fruta madura y frutos secos.

Bodegas Contador is the work of Benjamín Romeo, former winemaker at Bodegas Artadi. The winery is located on the outskirts of San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja) where Benjamín Romeo produces quality red and white wines.
Preparation and aging
Qué Bonito Cacareaba 2022 is made with Garnacha Blanca 52%, Viura 35% and Malvasía 13%. Selected manual harvest in a low-production vineyard of 1 kilo per vine. Fermentation in oak barrels.
Aging for 8 in new French oak barrels.

- Nose: On the nose it is a fine and elegant wine. With citrus aromas and notes of aromatic herbs, as well as hints of stone fruits (apricot, plum), very mineral. The contribution of oak promises good integration.
- Mouth: The palate is fresh, fine and with a good skeleton. A great balance of maturity, very acidic and fresh, has been achieved by harvesting each variety at its time.
