Vivanco Reserva 2019 made with Tempranillo and an accompaniment of 10% Graciano, is the wine from the winery that most faithfully expresses its personality, it is complex and expressive with ample aging potential.
Vivanco Wineries are located in Briones in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria, in Rioja Alta. The completely underground winery minimizes the environmental impact to the maximum. The pioneering and viticultural spirit of Rafael Vivanco is reflected in all his wines.
PREPARATION AND AGEING
Vivanco Reserva 2019 comes from vineyards with an average age of 35 years, harvested and produced separately, the must is fermented in French oak vats with a maximum controlled temperature of 30 degrees and slight pumping over for 20 days. The wine will then remain for 24 months in new and second-year French and American oak barrels and another 24 months in the bottle.
