Winemaking and aging
Finca Rio Negro Crianza 2018 is a blend of 50% Tempranillo, 20% Syrah, 15% Merlot, 15% Cabernet sauvignon. Manual harvest in boxes of 18 kilograms. Maceration for 15 days at a constant temperature of 23º C. Subsequently, malolactic is carried out.
Aged on natural lees for 2 months and 13 months in Allier French oak barrels (60%) and American (40%), both with medium toasting.
