Nariz
Intensidad media-alta: ciruela y mora maduras, violeta y un fondo especiado de la crianza. Fíjate en el contraste entre la fruta madura del sol andino y la frescura floral que da la altitud; ahí está la gracia de Mendoza.
Boca
Seco, carnoso y envolvente, con taninos redondos, acidez fresca de montaña y la calidez de sus 15 grados. Final de fruta y especias.

Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2021 is a red wine from Argentina and made with the Malbec grape variety.
The Andeluna Winery was completed in 2005, using the latest technology, with a building design that enhances the architecture of the area. It covers an area of more than 4,500 square meters, with controlled temperature and humidity.
Preparation and aging
Andeluna Altitud Malbec 2021 is a 100% Malbec momovarietal. The grapes used were extracted entirely from one of our vineyards located in Tupungato, Mendoza at more than 1300m. The grapes are harvested early in the morning, manually, carrying out a pre-selection in the vineyard. Manual grain selection. Pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures. Fermentation using selected yeasts in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. Three daily reassemblies and one to two delestages per day. Aged in French oak barrels for a period of 12 months and then stored in bottles to remain for a minimum of 8 months before release.

- Nose: Complex aromas of figs and plums, with notes of vanilla, coffee and chocolate from its passage through French oak barrels.
- Mouth: The palate is sweet with soft tannins and long persistence.

Andeluna Altitud Malbec is ideal to accompany hot dishes such as lentils, roasted red meats and desserts such as chocolate and hazelnut mousse. Decant and serve at 16°C.
