Bodegas Baigorri is a modern and beautiful winery located in the Rioja Alavesa in the town of Samaniego.

Preparation and aging

Baigorri Crianza 2021 is made with Tempranillo, Grenache and small proportions of other varieties. All varieties hand-selected, cluster by cluster. using vibration and weight selection tables. Destemmed grapes without crushing macerated in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and long intracellular fermentations. The pumping over of the musts has been carried out naturally by gravity, using the submerged cap as an aid in the production.

Aged for 14 months in American, French and Russian oak barrels from the Caucasus.
