Barón De Ley Reserva 2021 was named best Rioja by the English magazine Decanter. Made with Tempranillo, with a great balance between fruit and well-integrated wood, power and smoothness.

Barón de Ley is located in the Imas Monastery in Mendavia, restored in the years 95 and 96, its furniture and decoration take us to past centuries.

Preparation and aging

Barón De Ley Reserva 2021 is made from grapes from our own vineyards in Mendavia (Rioja Baja). It is aged for 20 months in new American oak barrels, and then 24 months in the bottle until it reaches its fullness for consumption. This wine has not been subjected to any type of filtering or stabilization, so it may present sediments of natural origin.
