Muguet Brut is made with the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada varieties.

The "Can Feixes" farm is located in the northernmost part of Penedés, in the highlands of Cabrera and Mediona.

Preparation and aging

Muguet Brut is made using the traditional Champenoise method, a process that is essential to obtain the organoleptic characteristics of cava. Once in the winery, the grapes are gently pressed at low pressure, obtaining the must, which at this stage is cloudy and may contain earth or herbs. The fermentation and aging time lasts at least 9 months.

  • View: Muguet Brut has a light greenish yellow color.
  • Nose: Secondary and tertiary aromas, with a clear predominance of the latter that evidence its long aging.
  • Mouth: Frank and very pleasant palate, with a clear and quality aftertaste.
