Flor de Vetus 2021 is a red wine made with 100% Tinta de Toro and with the Toro Designation of Origin.

Made by Bodegas Vetus, it is the Toro wine of the Artevino Group, which makes wines such as Pruno in Ribera del Duero and Izadi in Rioja.

Preparation and aging

Flor de Vetus 2021 is a single varietal 100% Tinta de Toro. It comes from a vineyard with 20 hectares where a manual harvest is carried out. The fermentation of this wine takes place in truncated conical tanks. Finally, it goes through an aging process for 9 months in French (50%) and American (50%) oak barrels.

• View: Flor de Vetus has a dark cherry color with a maroon edge.
• Nose: Medium-high intensity in which the fruit clearly predominates. Red fruits, currants, blackberries, and black berries give way to balsamic, spicy and lactic notes. In the background, soft toasts.
