Magnum Edulis Crianza 2021 seems to us to be a fruity and tasty wine, easy to drink and balanced.

Altanza was born to make reserve wines, but with a modern spirit. Their wines are avant-garde, different, unique and expressive, but above all, lively.

Preparation and aging

Magnum Edulis Crianza 2021 is made using traditional winemaking. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. Subsequently, an alcoholic fermentation takes place for 12-15 days and maceration for 10 days with the skins.

After malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, Edulis Crianza undergoes 12 months of aging in French and American oak barrels. Finally, before marketing, the wine remains in the bottle for 12 months.
