Martivillí 2024 is a white wine from the Rueda DO made by Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo.
The winery, located in Pozaldez, a town belonging to the "Rueda" Denomination of Origin, made the first wine production in 1988, although the family has a long winemaking tradition.
Preparation and aging
Martivillí 2024 is a single-varietal Verdejo. The grape harvest is carried out mechanically thanks to new technologies. The mechanical harvest is carried out at night to avoid oxidation of the musts.
The must fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
