Tarima Monastrell 2023

Saber más sobre este vino

Tarima Monastrell 2023 is the little brother of Tarima Hill, which stands out for its great pleasure/price ratio.

The hallmark of Bodegas Volver is the artisanal production using native Spanish varieties from very old, less productive vineyards, but which provide greater quality in every sense.

Preparation and aging

Tarima Monastrell 2023 is a single-varietal Monastrell (100%) from vineyards planted on calcareous soils located at 650 meters above sea level and with an average age of 30 years.

The harvest is done manually and refined for half a year in American oak barrels. The result is a young, fruity and concentrated wine due to the climatic characteristics.

Tarima Monastrell Tasting Note 2023

  • View: Monastrell flooring has an intense, bright cherry color with a maroon rim. Clean and bright.
  • Nose: Floral notes predominate in this wine combined with hints of ferrous, balsamic, licorice, Juanola and stewed fruit when it finishes opening.
  • Palate: Dense wine, with broad and expansive flavors and a frankly intoxicating sensation. Good weight in the mouth, juicy and persistent.

Pairing

Tarima Monastrell is ideal to accompany moussaka, rice with meat, aged cheeses, grilled red meats, red meats with sauce, roast lamb and stews.

Buying Monastrell Tarima at En Copa de Balón is easy, comfortable, and with the guarantee of obtaining the best wine at the best price and in perfect condition.
