Paso a Paso Tempranillo 2023

Paso a Paso Tempranillo 2023 is a red wine from the DO La Mancha made by Bodegas Volver.

The distinguishing feature of Bodega Volver is the artisanal production using native Spanish varieties from very old, less productive vineyards, but which provide greater quality in every sense.

Preparation and aging

Paso a Paso Tempranillo 2023 is made with the Tempranillo variety from a vineyard planted between the years 1960 and 1980 on sandy soils with a thick substrate of limestone and clay. The harvest is carried out manually in small boxes for subsequent selection in the winery.

After a slow and long fermentation, it is aged for 6 months in used 2-3 year old French oak barrels.
