Mauro Godello 2023 is the winery's first white and of course, it continues with the very high quality of all its wines. It is a white wine that shows us the full potential of Godello.

Bodegas Mauro were founded in 1978 in Tudela de Duero with the philosophy, intact since then, of producing quality wines, with a vocation for aging and limited productions always identified with the terroir.

PREPARATION AND AGEING

Mauro Godello 2023 begins with the manual harvest of the grapes in its vineyards in Villafranca del Bierzo. After maceration with skins at eight degrees and for twelve hours, alcoholic fermentation takes place in 500-liter barrels where the wine will remain on its fine lees for 11 months.
