Demuerte Classic 2021

Demuerte Classic 2021 is a red wine from Yecla, made with 50% Montastrell and Syrah, fruity, fresh and very tasty.

Winery On is a Yecla winery that has opted for a younger and more innovative approach to rejuvenate the image of Yecla wines.

Preparation and Aging

Demuerte Classic 2021 begins its production with a manual harvest, in 20kg boxes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC, after a long maceration of 21 days.

It is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels from Allier.
